First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect and communicate effectively.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals, demonstrating your drive and determination.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to nurture relationships and build a loyal client base.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or a willingness to learn, ensuring organized and up-to-date client records.
