In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accurate and efficient processing of trailer titles, registrations, and related documentation. Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process trailer titles, registrations, and lien documentation with precision and attention to detail
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure all paperwork aligns with dealership and state requirements
• Manage inventory control related to trailer titles and registration documents to maintain accuracy
• Assist customers with title transfer procedures, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication
• Maintain organized records of all title transactions and ensure compliance with legal standards
• Coordinate with external agencies such as DMV offices for title processing and verification
• Support sales management by maintaining a robust sales pipeline through diligent documentation and follow-up

Skills

• Proven experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar trailer or automotive administrative role, preferably within a dealership setting
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, and dealership operations
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases
• Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, retail sales techniques, and high-end sales strategies
• Ability to manage outbound sales efforts effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and administrative tasks
• Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles that require strong organizational skills and communication abilities
