Operating in an outpatient office setting, our clinic boasts a friendly atmosphere with a team-oriented culture. We prioritize low turnover, which helps foster stability and continuity of care for our patients. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.
As a Physical Therapist at Marshall Movement, your day-to-day duties will include:

As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages, tailoring treatment plans to their specific needs to enhance their mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. Your role will be pivotal in empowering patients to regain independence through rehabilitation.
To be considered for this role, candidates must hold an active Physical Therapy license in Michigan. A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required, while holders of a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy are preferred. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with patients and collaborating with the healthcare team.
We encourage applications from candidates with at least two years of experience in outpatient physical therapy. Experience in manual therapy techniques is an advantage but not required. We also welcome recent graduates to apply, as we are committed to supporting their professional development through mentorship and training.
The compensation for this role ranges between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
