About the Role:
Join FirstLight Home Care of Jacksonville, NC as a CNA/PCA, where you will make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential care and support in a home setting.
Responsibilities: - Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document client progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Transport clients to appointments and assist with mobility.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
Requirements: - Current CNA or PCA certification in North Carolina.
- Previous experience in home care or a similar healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move clients safely.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Background check and drug screening required.

Compensation: $15.05 per hour
