No corporate hierarchy, no red tape.What You'll Do: What You'll Do:Perform therapeutic massage sessions (Swedish, deep tissue, and combination techniques) in 60-, 75-, and 90-minute formats.Incorporate aromatherapy into every session (its standard at Almonte included, not an add-on).Offer CBD and Hot Stone enhancements when appropriate for the clients needs.Maintain SOAP notes and client progress records in Booker.Communicate with front desk about client preferences, session outcomes, and scheduling needs.Keep your treatment room clean, stocked, and ready for the next guest.Participate in ongoing training and team check-ins.Who You Are: Licensed. You hold a current California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) certification. This is non-negotiable.Reliable. You show up on time. You dont call out unless its a real emergency. Your clients and your team can count on you.Skilled. You have a solid foundation in Swedish and deep tissue technique. Experience with hot stone, prenatal, or sports massage is a bonus.Professional. You communicate clearly, maintain appropriate boundaries, and treat every guest with warmth and respect.Team-oriented. Youre not just here to do your sessions and disappear.
