Pediatric Physician Assistant (PA-C)

Ashburn, VA • Full-time / Part-time / Per Diem

$70-$85/hour

About the Role:

Kids don't get sick on a schedule - and families shouldn't have to wait days for care.

KidsWatch combines primary care and urgent care into one seamless pediatric model with extended hours.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and treat common pediatric illnesses and injuries.
• Perform well child visits.
• Manage both scheduled and walk-in patients.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians.

• No traditional panel.
• No inbox or after-shift responsibilities.
• Flexible, shift-based model.
• Strong MA support (2 per shift).
• On-site diagnostics and procedures.

Schedule Options:

• 8am-4pm (daytime).
• 4pm-10pm (evenings).
• Weekend shifts available.

Compensation:

• $70-$75/hour (daytime).
• $80-$85/hour (evenings/weekends).
• Growth-based incentives.

• Licensed PA-C in Virginia.
