Shift: 6 AM - 3 PM, Monday - Friday

About the Role As a Picker / Packer, your primary responsibility will be accurately selecting and packing orders while performing quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards before shipment. You'll play a vital role in maintaining accuracy and efficiency, supporting the seamless distribution of flooring samples and materials.
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Available Shift Times: First shift, 6 AM - 3 PM, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities - Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Perform quality inspections and verify product details
- Ensure safety procedures and PPE requirements are followed
- Achieve daily productivity and accuracy goals
- Communicate basic safety and instruction guidelines in English
Key Requirements - Dependable transportation and consistent attendance
- Attention to detail and quality verification skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in flooring, construction, or material handling is preferred
- Ability to detect defects and maintain high accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills in English
