Sign Sales Rep Landover, MD

A successful commercial signage company in Landover, MD is actively searching for an energetic Sign Sales Rep. Day to day activities include seeking out new project opportunities, developing client relationships and servicing referral accounts. What begins as a salaried position will evolve into a commission-structured compensation plan, with opportunities for increased earning as well as performance bonuses. Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of commercial sign projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate project execution.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conduct project closing procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial sales in some capacity.
• Strong knowledge of standard construction project management practices.
• Comfortable with a commission-based compensation plan.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, especially adhering to time-sensitive deadlines.
• Basic MS Office competency
• High School diploma (College degree preferred but not required).
